WEB LOG HOME PAGE
                     Explanation:

    The initial WEBLOG tool provided by
YAHOO! died, but the carcass remained, and
with luck appears here through the prior
WEBLOG Archives link.

    Instead of working with another tool I have
established the new BLOGs here, a current
page link and an archive link of those that
went before.

    So what's different between current
essays and BLOGS?  Preparation and time
spent, essentially.  Current essays are
developed with some thought and planning;
BLOGs are shorter and more on the fly, as
the thought hits.
